Nutariau paaukoti truputį savo pietų pertraukos, kad pasidalinti geru patarimu apie Google Chrome.
Super daiktas yra Google Chrome: lengva, greita ir patogi naršyklė. Vienintelis dalykas ko trūksta – tai galimybė panaikinti New tab puslapio rodomą informaciją. Oficialaus būdo nėra, bet…
Pradedam:
1. Siunčiamės Resource Hacker. Išskleidžiam ZIP į atskirą katalogą.
2. Paleidžiam ResHacker.exe. File -> Open…
3. Susirandame chrome.dll failą. Pas save radau C:\Documents and Settings\[..aktyvus vartotojas..]\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\Application\[...versija. rašymo metu - 1.0.154.36]\
4. Atsidarius failą, paleidžiam paiešką pagal žodį “getMostVisited”.
5. Toliau su HTML puslapiu, kuris skirtas “New Tab” rodymui darome ką norim. Aš tiesiog ištrinu.
6. Spaudžiam mygtuką “Compile script”. Toliau – File -> Save.
7. File -> Exit. Save changes? YES!
Šio būdo minusas yra tas, kad po kito atnaujinimo, chrome.dll bus ir vėl toks pat. Tad, procedūrą teks pakartot.

Hi, it’s easy to remove info from NEW TAB in Google Chrome:
Download Resource Hacker (use link from post), run it. Search for chrome.dll in C:\Documents and Settings\[..user..]\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\Application\[...version...]\. Open it. Search for “getMostVisited”, delete all text, press Compile script, File->Save, Exit. Save changes? Yes. And… You have version without new tab page with most visited. But.
Remember:
1. Close Google Chrome befere editing chrome.dll.
2. You will have to do it again after Google Chrome will update itself.
